Refund policy

We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return, especially personal care items for hygiene reasons.

Once your return request is approved, you will be guided through the return process. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it carefully. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
